Tide: Smooth sailing for a standout yacht insurer
When Ian Hoy, a former senior exec at global insurer Beazley, launched his new specialist MGA – Tide – he wanted a website that matched his bold ambition: to bring clarity, professionalism and tech-led simplicity to the high-end yacht insurance market.
We were brought in to write copy for Tide’s new site – designed to guide brokers through the offer, build trust with yacht owners and their entourage, and support a smooth post-sale experience. The site needed to feel credible and confident, but also accessible – speaking to PAs, captains, family members and yacht managers who might not be insurance experts, but still needed to feel looked after.
We worked closely with Tide’s founder and design team to create a clear, consistent voice and bring technical content to life. All content was delivered via our Content Workflow platform, with full visibility for sign-off and amends.
The result? A launch-ready site that sets the tone for a new kind of insurance experience – one built on clarity, speed and standout service.
