Getting started & client services
What happens when we start working together? Every project begins with a thorough briefing call where we meet the wider team and ensure we fully understand your objectives. You'll receive a detailed initial response document and quote for approval before we begin work.
What response times can I expect? We aim to acknowledge new enquiries within 2 hours and never leave you waiting longer than 24 hours. For in-project requests, we maintain the same 2-hour response standard, or faster if you've specified urgency.
How do you handle meetings? We send agendas 24 hours in advance, bring the right team members, run efficient on-time meetings, and share clear notes and actions within 24 hours. We generally use Microsoft Teams for all team calls, but can of course adapt to your preferred software – we’re always happy to meet in person whenever possible.

What services do you offer? Strategy (multi-channel content strategy, content auditing, tone of voice), Content creation (email and social campaigns, print and digital copywriting, stakeholder content, e-commerce content, product naming), Video & imagery (documentary, animation, social media assets, photography).
Who will be on my project team? Depending on your needs: Account Manager, Managing Editor, Writers/Editors, Production Manager, Designers, and Senior Leadership. For specialist requirements, we draw on our trusted creative network.
Sector experience and expertise
What sector expertise do you have? We work across multiple sectors with particular strength in: Financial & professional services (Barclays, Coutts, EY, Freshfields, Lloyds Register); Healthcare & medtech (Novartis, Medtronic, AbbVie, Pfizer); Fashion, sportswear & lifestyle (Lacoste, Speedo, Marks & Spencer, Berghaus, Brathwait); Charities & not-for-profits (Parkinson's UK, EPDA, The Smith Family); Business services (MITIE, ISS); Postal & logistics (Royal Mail Group); Telecommunications (O2); and Sports & fitness (Spin LDN, Herne Hill Velodrome).
What types of organisations do you work with? We work with organisations of all sizes – from ambitious start-ups and scale-ups like Brathwait, through major charities and not-for-profits like Parkinson's UK and EPDA, to FTSE-100 companies including Marks & Spencer, Barclays and Royal Mail Group. What unites our clients is a commitment to quality storytelling and meaningful audience engagement.
What kinds of projects do you work on? We deliver everything from one-off campaigns and reports to ongoing content planning and creation services. Project types include: strategic content campaigns, corporate reports and publications, internal communications programmes, brand newsrooms (embedded editorial teams working on an always-on basis), and our Capture service (fast, efficient content capture from real people). Many clients start with a specific project and evolve into retained partnerships.
Project management & workflows
How do you manage projects? Each project has a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. We kick off with a meeting covering timelines, deliverables and responsibilities, with regular status updates through your preferred channel.
What happens if things change mid-project? We're flexible and responsive. We'll quickly assess the impact, provide clear options and recommendations, document agreed changes, and adjust our planning accordingly.
How do you ensure nothing gets missed? Through clear documentation, tracked versions, centralised storage, regular status tracking, and documented client feedback and approvals.
Content & editorial operations
How do you create compelling content? We write for your readers' level of sophistication with an audience-first, expert-positioning approach that's conversational yet professional, evidence-based, and on-brand.
How do you ensure content quality? Multiple team member reviews, professional proofreading standards, coordination between copy and production teams, double-checking of briefs, and verification protocols for critical deliverables.
How do you select and manage your creative network? All contributors go through thorough vetting and onboarding. Every commission is documented with clear scope and deadlines, briefs are reviewed by multiple team members, and all work goes through our internal editorial review process.
How do you stay on top of industry trends? Our team conducts weekly scans of industry news, content marketing trends, and developments in corporate communications to ensure recommendations are informed by latest best practices. We also produce our own quarterly reports benchmarking content and social media output by sector.
Brand newsrooms
What is a brand newsroom? A dedicated editorial team functioning like a media company within your organisation, operating with an always-on approach to create and distribute content across multiple channels.
How quickly can a brand newsroom be operational? We can have a newsroom producing content within 5 weeks. Full optimisation typically takes 3-6 months as we learn what resonates with your audiences.
What's the difference between a brand newsroom and regular content services? A brand newsroom provides the full range of editorial capabilities working in an integrated, always-on way. Regular content services typically provide individual deliverables on a project basis.
Do we need to provide office space for the newsroom team? Not necessarily. We can work remotely, from our offices, or embedded at your location depending on what works best for your needs.
Can we start small and scale up? Absolutely. Many clients start with a small core team and limited scope, then expand as they see results and identify additional opportunities.
How do you measure newsroom success? We establish clear KPIs aligned to your objectives – typically including content engagement, audience growth, website traffic, time on page, social metrics, and ultimately business impact.
Capture
What is Capture? Capture is our smart content capture service that helps you find and tell real, human stories from customers, employees and leaders, turning them into effective marketing assets. We use smart workflows, AI-powered tools and sharp human storytelling to deliver authentic content fast and efficiently.
How is Capture different from traditional content production? We've stripped out the over-engineering and bloated schedules. Capture combines human creativity with AI efficiency to deliver faster turnarounds, leaner budgets and better engagement per pound spent. It's human-first storytelling, tech-enabled.
What types of content can you capture? We capture interviews, leadership communications, employee stories, customer testimonials, virtual meetings, online events and on-site productions. Content is delivered as edited transcripts, audio recordings, video footage and images via your personal Content Hub.
How do the Capture plans work? We offer monthly subscription plans from Core (£950/month, remote-only) to Enterprise (£5,500/month, comprehensive coverage), or custom packages built around your brief. Each includes specified remote and/or on-site capture slots per month.
What's included in a capture session? Remote sessions include up to 2 hours of capture time. On-site sessions are half-day productions with a 3-person crew (2-camera setup, sound and lighting). All sessions deliver raw assets: edited transcripts, audio, video footage and images.
Can you turn raw assets into finished content? Yes. We offer post-production packs (from £750/month) that transform your captured content into ready-to-publish videos, graphics, social posts and presentations. You can add these to any Capture plan.
How quickly do you deliver captured content? Raw assets are delivered via your Content Hub shortly after capture. Turnaround depends on your plan and any post-production requirements, but our approach is designed for speed – capturing and delivering at the pace of business.
